Competition Participation Agreement

By submitting this form, I, the participant (or the parent/legal guardian of a participant under 18 years of age), hereby acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Parental/Guardian Consent (For Minors)
   I understand that if the participant is under 18 years of age, participation expressly requires the approval of a parent or legal guardian. By signing, the parent/guardian accepts and agrees to all the conditions of this agreement on the participant's behalf.
2. Accuracy of Information
   I confirm that all information provided in this application is complete, accurate, and true to the best of my knowledge.
3. Rules and Final Decisions
   I agree to abide by all official competition rules, eligibility requirements, and judging criteria. I acknowledge that all decisions made by the competition committee and judges are final and not subject to appeal or challenge.
4. Conduct, Discipline, and Islamic Etiquette
   I pledge to maintain the highest standards of conduct, embodying proper Islamic manners (adab) at all times. This includes showing respect to judges, organizers, fellow participants, and guests. I agree to adhere to a code of modest Islamic dress and behavior and to represent myself, my family, and my community with dignity.
5. Disqualification
   I acknowledge that providing false information, engaging in any form of misconduct, or failing to comply with the competition rules may result in immediate disqualification from the event at the sole discretion of the organizers.
6. Media Release and Intellectual Property
   I grant the organizers irrevocable permission to use, reproduce, and distribute my name, likeness, voice, photographs, video recordings, and any material I perform or present for educational, promotional, archival, or broadcast purposes in any and all media, without compensation.
7. Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk
   I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the competition committee, its sponsors, organizers, and all their respective agents from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from or related to personal injury, loss or damage to property, accidents, or any other unforeseen incidents that may occur during my participation in the competition.
8. Health, Medical Care, and Emergency Contact
   I affirm that the participant is in good health and capable of participating. I accept full responsibility for disclosing any known medical conditions and for any required medications or treatment. For participants under 18, a valid emergency contact must be provided separately. In case of a medical emergency, I authorize the organizers to seek and obtain medical treatment.
9. Travel and Accommodations
   I understand that all arrangements and associated costs for travel, safety, meals, and accommodations are the sole responsibility of the participant and/or guardian, unless otherwise explicitly stipulated in writing by the organizers.
10. Organizer's Rights
    I acknowledge that the organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, amend competition rules, or cancel the event in whole or in part due to circumstances beyond their control, including emergencies, without liability.
